Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) Patient Portal

Hi. Feeling out of sorts today because I cannot get into my Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) portal to see some new test results that were published (I was notified via email this morning). Hard enough waiting for results but to not be able to see them when ready is super frustrating.

Making matters worse is my call to MSK to let them know their portal was down was met with, "that department doesn't work on weekends so you will need to wait until Monday". I'm in a panic knowing this can happen at anytime and my local doctors and hospital would not be able to get at my medical records in an emergency. Feeling the need to print my whole chart out once this is resolved so I have a paper copy if needed.

Does anyone else use the MSK my.mskcc.org portal? Are you having trouble today?

I just tried the portal and I was able to get in.
