As I remember it, 0.15 is still fine at this stage. All blood counts take longer to recover for Myelofibrosis patients - my doctors made a point of telling me that. Did you have a feeding tube in the end or are you able to eat enough?

Because I have a terrible phobia associated with nausea and vomiting, I went on to tpn (food via picc line) and haven't had nasal feeding. The problem remained oral mmedication. I had mucositis and found swallowing v painful. I chocked on some pills which made me vomit so I wasn't benefiting from the pills anyway. I've refused to take anything by mouth for the last 3 days. They are generally pleased with my progress otherwise.

I struggled on pills too and would, like you, vomit very easily on them. Eventually (after coming home) I found that taking them with juice made it easier, especially cyclosporin, as it smells so disgusting and I also used to choke on it. Also, with cyclosporin, I always insist on the 25mg capsules, as the 50 mg ones are just impossible.
