I live in State College PA and have had PV for seven years. This is a small town and my local hematologist is not a PV expert. A year ago, I got a second opinion from Dr. Braunstein at Johns Hopkins and was planning to see him again this summer, but I've just learned that he is leaving JHU. I'd appreciate recommendations for a physician with research expertise in PV in the Philadelphia or Pittsburgh areas (Hershey or Danville/Geisinger would also be fine).
