Qi Gong is a wonderful practice that improves health in a variety of ways. It improves balance, flexibility and promotes mindfulness. The benefits of Qi Gong are based in energy flow (Qi)(Chee) and move in through the body in a way that promotes health. It is based in the same principles as Yoga and Acupuncture. I have found it very helpful in managing stress and promoting healing.
The Taiji Qi Gong 10 forms is very good place to start.
