Loss of Smell, Help???

I have a trouble smelling everyday. My sense of smell it come and it goes. Is it normal for a person who have a alergic rhinitis to experience this? but I don't have an alergy back then. I suddenly keeps in sneezing, having stuffy nose and can't smell. It started during pandemic when our boss allowed us to sleep in our office. We sleep on the floor using matress. I keep on sneezing everytime i wake up in the morning and i have a stuffynose, i cant smell anything but its only for few ours. But now its different because i can't mostly smell anything. Its two weeks now and it keeps happening and its streesing me out. Can someone give me advice what is this?

I don't know if you can buy this product in your country but my husband found that using a salt water spray to rinse out his nasal cavity helped with a similar problem, ask at your local Pharmacy.
