Hi Shiela,

No bone ache, some joint pain in fingers, occasional transitional chest and back pain, that lasts for about 20mins.

Hi Sheila, sorry to hear you are not doing well.I have generalized osteoarthritis so do have a lot of pain. having another new hip on 18th October so hope to feel better eventually. Not sure if ET or the Hydroxy make it worse?? Do feel nauseous and bloated after food particularly after breakfast!? But not chest pain.Have you been on treatment for long??

Hi Shiela l have awful bone pain in lower back and shoulders,trying to work out the causes with pilates it may be related to ET or then again mucle tightness. Anyway before deciding on apparently there is a link with ET.Good luck stay strong and do try body therapies,if not to painful for you it might help sort some things out.
