Ruxolitinib/Jakafi interaction with Warfarin/Coumadin

Can anyone advise? I am three weeks into a brand new course of Ruxolitinib, and on a long-term course of Warfarin. I researched possible interactions, and found a range of different answers, from zero interaction, to a warning that it would double the efficacy of warfarin. In my case, my INR nearly halved, from 3.7 to 2.0 - no site suggested this would happen - and climbed back to 2.3 after increased doses of Warfarin. So I am getting two warfarin tests a week right now. I would appreciate both personal advice - if you did this, what did you find? - and clinical advice from those who might know more about this.

Hi. I've been on ruxolitinib 10mg twice a day for 12 months now and also warfarin, which I've been on for 5 years previously to the rux. I have my inr checked every 2 weeks with very little change from my 2.5 to 3 range. The only time I've noticed a change in my Inr level is when I've increased in weight due to ruxolitinib and maybe shielding for months

Joall, just curious: how much weight did you put on with Ruxolitinib?

I've put on 1 and a half stone/ 9.5kg, in about 4 months and trying to lose it again is very difficult. Have you gained weight?

I have actually just returned to my target weight from being 10lbs underweight - a combination of overactive metabolism through MGF and a bad case of Hypothyroidism. So lots of nutrition shakes to build me up, and then Ruxo helping it along.
