Morning everyone...
Hope everyone is staying safe & well...
Speaking of which, a recent article has highlighted that there is a lack of understanding between Viral v. Bacterial types of infection, (especially by Australians), and how they might best be treated. Hence, before reading the article below, I am Posting here a short description from a government Health website, that states:
Differences between bacterial and viral infections...
Nice summary. Bacteria are little critters. Some good. Some bad. Kill the bad ones! Viruses are invaders. Chunks of RNA that invade cells. Stop the invaders!
Still want to come visit my nephew in Sydney someday. Perhaps when things settle down virus-wise and I get a few things patched up. As always - be well Down Under!
I do try to keep my explanatory attempts, as clear as possible, when I remember... which is increasingly... Not always, these days...
Hope you & yours are all keeping safe & well...
BTW, have you always been so artistically inclined? My youngest sister also has talents in that direction too...
She recently helped me w/ a small Mother's day project, which was very COOL...
Well, at least that's what the smile on my mother's face told me, when she received it...
She (my mum), is the oldest (84), sole surviving member of her immediate family tree...
With my Lil' Sis' we composed a Calendar, of all her offspring for their Birthdays. For longer than I can remember, mum sends cards and scratchies, along w/ presents to all the little ones, ...every member of her still growing largish brood etc...
28 Grandchildren, and 30 (+1 on the way), great grand children...
Hi Steve, thank you, that’s a big compliment. That sounds so lovely what you all did for your mum, I’m not surprised she smiled. My goodness your family is growing fast. My parents and in-laws are no longer with us. My daughter, hubby and the two grandkids live only 10 minutes away, so in better times we are lucky to share their lives frequently but we do miss the hugs just now, despite FaceTime, etc.
My son lives with his partner near Cupar, Fife and we see them as much as we can. I don’t think they will have kids but you never know and it is their choice.
I’ve been busy with my adult colouring book - I find it is relaxing but will have to do some more baking soon as grandkids are missing their dad who is back on the oil rig again. It will cheer them up, especially if the creation appears overnight. The last cakes were delivered to my daughters house once they were tucked up in bed!🤪🤣
Take care, stay safe. At least we are heading for the light at the end of the tunnel now! All the best xx😻😻
