Hi. This study finds that people who have autoimmune diseases have a higher rate of MPNs. I hope it helps.

The relationship between autoimmune disease and MPNs is open to question. It is likely that the additional testing associated with diagnosing and monitoring someone with an autoimmune disease revealed previouly undiagnosed MPNs. It would only take a few such cases to make the reported weak associations to be insignificant.
