Pegasus starting today nervous

Try not to be nervous you'll be fine. I've been on it about three months now and had no problems. It has brought my platelet count down quickly. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Yes deep breaths! Really I was in your exact shoes almost a year ago. I’m very sensitive to meds and was so nervous! I hate needles and am just generally a wimp. 😜 But really it isn’t difficult and I have had very few, manageable side effects!! You will be surprised at how easy it is and I am hoping it will work well for you!

I have been on Pegasys for 3.5 months and feel like I got my life back. I was going to retire because of the pain and fatigue, have ET with MPL mutation.

Platelets went from high 600's to 200's, feeling well again. I was fearful, this is normal, it is a big drug, but so glad I went with Pegasys.
