I have searched a bit on Healthunlocked and it seems Pegasy has most success amoung ET that are JAK2+ rather than ET patients with CALR.

When I say success I mean, better results in lowers platelets, less side-effects suffered and more happy to be on Pegasy.

Would you agree?

I am ET CALR+ and have used Pegasys for over 3 years very successfully.

It lowered my platelets quickly from 1100 to 300 with very few side effects and I now just inject 45mcg every 4 weeks as a maintenance dose.

There have been suggestions that Peg can reverse the JAK2 mutation with long term use but less so with CALR - my haem is retesting my CALR now to see if it has changed.
