I have one but am scared now to use it as since I went on blood thinners I had the most awful bruising on lower part of legs. Left one was so massive, hard and sore I thought it was a clot. Turned out it wasn't but I am still left with residual pain in that area. It may or may not have been the vibration plate but its made me a bit wary. Perhaps others will respond differently , it will be interesting to find out other opinions.

Hi Eleanor, haven’t tried but was thinking about it and wondering if it would help restless legs. Kindest regards Aime xx

Hi

I did use the one at the gym and it felt very nice and I thought it did improve the circulation, but I cannot really say wether is was just in my head or for real. Sorry, no medical proof.

Hi I’ve had one for a few years. I bought it to try help my restless leg problem. I’m afraid it didn’t work and the restless leg even started whilst using it 😏that’s not to say it won’t work for you.

I’m going to start on liquid magnesium today although I have used the tablet form for a long time they say this is different, we shall see.

I am also investing in a cross trainer which I hope will help with the circulation. So all in all I hope something works soon. Watch this space!!!!
