Thank you all for the kind wishes.

That's it over and I can honestly say the nurse who did it was amazing.

Talked me through every step and did the bone sample at 5 second intervals but only when I said to go

Jane you are an amazing nurse.

One thing she did say was my husband has to pamper me all day hee hee.

My experience was totally pain free and I hope this post gives reassurance to others.

The nurse knew I was worried about fibrosis because I'm having so much leg bone pain.

She showed me my bone sample and said it was nice and red. If fibrosis it would look white in colour. But she said to wait for results.

Hi Jacqui.

Yeah it was fine and im Sorry for the people who don't have a good experience. I've slept most of the day on and off. Getting well looked after by my family. Hope you get good results and it's not too long a wait.

Yeah I'm only tender today. I'm so glad I had a very good and experienced nurse to carry out my BMB. Only wish everyone who has to have one could have the same experience as me.

Just waiting for the results for me is harder than having it done. I've no patience 😤

Yeah it's not too bad weather the now.

My daughter and her boyfriend are heading down under next month traveling for 3 Months via vietnam Canada new Zealand and Australia

Told her I can't take any stress to stay safe. She is a newly qualified driver and she is renting a car in Australia and new Zealand 😩😩😩

I'm going to be a very worried mother till she is home safely.

Keep those bones warm ☺
