Pegasys 'holiday'

As my blood counts have continued to go down, even after a trial of fortnightly injections, have been told to stopped them for now. Anyone else had to do this? Just wondering what happens next? I presume counts start to climb up again. Do you then restart Pegasys once the reach the 'high' end of normal? What happens if everything gets to low again? Repeat the 'holiday?' Seeing my haematologist in Feb, so be interesting to see what happens then.

I would guess that everyone is treated individually. So the best thing is to talk to your haem. I am on Pegasys for over a year now.

Wishing you well
