I have found that eating cherries or drinking cherry juice is helpful for joint pain. It might help. Let me know.

My bone pain is from the bone marrow expanding due to high production of red cells. The only thing o have found that works for me is 1.5 grams of morphine sulfate every 4 hours. Have an application medical marijuna being processed to see if that helps

Cherries are very high in sugar & I've found that my aches & pains are better since I cut out a lot of fruit sugars. I guess we all respond in different ways but there's a lot of research out there right now about the benefits of lowering our fructose (fruit sugar) intake.

I suffered from extreme joint pain in both of my ankles, right knee and left hip for 2 and a half years before I was diagnosed with Primary Myelofibrosis. The pain was as a result of very high Uric Acid levels, one of the less frequent symptoms of MF. I was put on medication right away for managing the high Uric Acid, but after a year it was still too high. In addition to medication for the high Uric Acid, I began to drink Montmorency Cherry Juice (diluted from a concentrate that I buy locally). I also take a supplement twice a day called Gouch from Redd Remedies (I buy it on Amazon). I have blood labs drawn every 3 months for monitoring my MF and have now found my Uric Acid levels are dropping towards the normal range. I have been pain free for a year and a half now.
