Colchester Patients’ Forum - Wednesday 29th January 2014, 4 pm – 6 pm in the Training Room South, Room 1, Colchester General Hospital, Turner Road, Colchester, Essex, CO4 5JL
The programme is still to be finalized, details will be posted as soon as they are available. This forum is free to attend, you are welcome to bring your family and friends with you. Patient Story – would you like to give a short talk at the forum, it would only need to be for about 5 – 10 minutes and could be about being on a drug trial or how you cope with working and having a MPD or how you manage your symptoms, i.e. persistent itching or fatigue. If you think you would like to share your story please email us, someone from the team will contact you to discuss it in further detail, so please let us have a contact telephone number as well as your email address.
