Hi! There are only 11 people in the first trial so not sure if you will have much luck on here but they all seemed really positive after the 1st session on Monday. After all 5 are complete I will let you know the results on here - we are getting all participants to fill in a questionnaire but also to keep a migraine diary.

Hi,

Yes I'm having individual sessions and had my first one on Monday, are you taking part too? I was quite nervous beforehand, didn't know what to expect but it went really well. I felt very relaxed afterwards, quite spaced out for the rest of the evening actually! And I've been doing my self hypnosis at home which is good, but I obviously can't take myself quite as deep yet.

I had a migraine last night and did my session once my triptan had kicked in a bit, it felt awkward and I couldn't really concentrate on it, but I did feel better afterwards.
