Go and see a neuro who specialises in cluster headaches, there are a few about, depends which part of the country you are in. What medication treatments are you on now, and what have you tried?

Have you tried the injection as my mother and brother use these and seems to work very well. They are told they are expensive so maybe why they are not pushed!!
