Good morning everyone

Just wondering if Ajovy has made anyone’s migraine headaches worse? I did my 4th injection last Thursday and have been so poorly ever since. I’m hoping it will settle but not hopeful at the moment!

I’m sorry to hear that ajovy has made your migraines worse. I have tried ajovy too and aimovig. Both had no real impact on my migraines. Hope you find something that helps.

Ajovy and Aimovig made my migraines worse and more frequent : I was averaging around 20 migraine days a month before starting Aimovig , but since using the CGRP blockers I have daily migraines. I wish I hadn't bothered

The first year of Ajovy was really good for me the second year was quite bad. I tried Aimovig for 2 months had worse IBS and Raynauds so have been put back on Botox. Very disappointing, my neurologist tells me for some of her patients it's like miracle drug but not for the likes of me sadly. I do have many other chronic pain conditions so I'm wondering if that's why it doesn't work for me.

Ajovy made me worse. I tried it for 4 months. Straight after injecting my leg would swell and go red around the injection sight. A few hours later I’d start with my migraine symptoms. I ended up in hospital with one of the worst migraines I’ve had, my speech was affected badly. Yet the neurologist has tried saying I wasn’t having any reaction to it and has refused to see me since.
