Hey, I have this! I know it’s weird and scary but it’s nothing to worry about! Mine comes behind my eye and around my ear and has caused me to go to the doctors so many times to get treatment for an ear infection only to find that my ear was clear! After many years of constant left sided headaches, facial spasms, water like feelings ( dripping, rushing, hot and cold) facial neuralgia and other weird symptoms, a different neurologist confirmed that it is hemicrania continua, which was a relief of sorts. The water sensation is just something the nerves do, it’s as simple and infuriating as that I’m afraid

Hello! Ohh I can’t belive I’ve came across your post as I’ve been experiencing this and feel like I sound insane. 😩 I suffer with intense migraines and hemiplegic migraines with can last for days and I also get this sensation! Especially if I move me head like to the right or left I hear and feel this like moving liquid sensation. 😩 I am going to mention it at my app with the nurologist as was abit worried but am hoping it’s just another weird harmless symptom for us migraine sufferers, hope your ok.
