Cluster headaches

I get the above most days.I hope to have cataract surgery soon.Could there be a problem with this? John

I am also awaiting cataract surgery and experience cluster headaches from time to time.

From my personal investigation, I discovered that cataract can cause cluster headaches. If that is so, then I very much hope that they will be gone, following surgery.

I had an opticians appointment prior to the referral and she was not surprised that I were getting headaches and floaters.

I would discuss this with the eye surgeon when you get an assessment.

Thanks Shaas.I hope to get an assessment in the next few weeks. I wonder what would happen if I had a cluster during the opp. as my eyes water a lot.Please let me know how u get on.All the best. John.

I will try to remember to let you know. Providing the operation does not affect my memory.

Both my parents had cataract surgery during their 80's and said that it relatively painless. Their eyesight also improved immensely. Hopefully, it will be the same for us, minus the headaches.
