Headaches

I recently started having very severe shooting ...stabbing throbbing headaches only on the right side of my head that last about a minute then they are gone. They come back during the day at any time ! Nothing provokes them..nothing helps them. I have a history of having my first documented seizure in 2015 but have not had any further ones. My EEG was abnormal and a brain MRI showed multiple many small strokes in the lacunar area (syndrome) Any ideas ?
