Headache Need Help!

I have about 6 headache a month for about 6 month now and for about 3 months I vomited everytime I had one but for 3 months now I haven't been vomited but still got headaches 6 times a month and I don't know what this is I also feel dizzy nearly 24/7 any thing yo help me

I haven't been able to get an appointment because I have moved 30 miles away from my old house so that's why I asking help

Google vestibular migraines n see if they fit yr symptoms. Ent can diagnosis you but u need to b referred via gp. The gp may also send you to neurology too. Unfortunately it's medication and trial n error. There are some balance exercises u can do but to b honest it didn't work for me. It last a whole 3 yrs for me n i cd hardly wrk at all. I was on the highest dose of Meds but in the end I took myself off them as they also induce dizziness and I hate taking Meds. With in 3 mths after sufferi g for 3 yrs I started to feel better. I have been well for a long time but I think stress has bought it all back to me .

Awe 😣 i see jjj666, so sorry your in pain. I'm assuming you've tried over the counter pain relief? Have you tried migralieve duo? You can buy them from the pharmacy.

I know it's difficult but you really need to see a GP.

Is there anything seriouse that can be this issue do you know?

I will try to get to my gp but I don't think I can.thanks for help but please reply to first questions

Jjj666 ....your symptoms can be caused by many things, i understand your frustration but we're not medically trained to diagnose you ( not to my knowledge ), this is a forum for sufferers. Wee compare treatments / reactions to meds etc after diagnosis.

You could have anything from sinus headaches to migraine but there's not one migraine the same and not one treatment for all .

If you can't see a doc and your really worried you can call nhs24 for advice.

Ok I just wanted to see if you would have any idea but thanks for the help you have given and I would take your advice in consideration I really approximate the time you put in to help me
