Hello Sammy-Jo-Jo

Has your doctor tested you for mineire's disease? which causes pressure in the ears & vertigo. Also your problems could be due to low thyroid. Has your doctor tested for this? If not I would ask him for a complete thyroid blood test including TSH, FT4, FT3 & thyroid antibodies to get a full picture (many doctors only test for TSH).

I suggest you have a look at Thyroid UK through Healthunlocked.

Sometimes, the only symptom I get when I'm having a migraine is nausea and dizziness. I also suffer from chronic pain so if I've got a massive headache with the migraine all my painful places will feel much worse too, from the top of my head to my feet, including tingling in one of my hands. And it can take days to recover. So you are not alone!

If the sertraline is making you feel ill you should see your doctor again as there might be an alternative.
