Migraine started on Tuesday morning when I looked at some vertical blinds and got some visual disturbance. It's now Friday evening. I am alternating between being OK yet very tired, and being incapable. I know it will burn itself out eventually, at least that's what I told myself last night. I can't even blame medication over-use as I haven't taken much of anything.
The irony is that I had botox on Monday! I know the botox is really for chronic pain in my arm & face but it does help the migraines. My arm & face feel pretty good already so that's something.
Hope it goes for the bank holiday. Have already had to cancel 2 social engagements this week.

Hi, I,ve had Botox which was always followed by a horrific migraines,I think the injections just aggravate nerves, which triggers the migraine hopefully it will settle down soon and you,ll get some reprieve for the bank holiday sunshine
I think you're right. Had another attack yesterday and spent 3 hours asleep in the afternoon. Head is still aching today but that is definitely a post-botox sting. Sometimes wonder if it's all worth it - yeah, I know it will be, but I despaired yesterday,
