it goes on and on and on and on....

Migraine started on Tuesday morning when I looked at some vertical blinds and got some visual disturbance. It's now Friday evening. I am alternating between being OK yet very tired, and being incapable. I know it will burn itself out eventually, at least that's what I told myself last night. I can't even blame medication over-use as I haven't taken much of anything.

The irony is that I had botox on Monday! I know the botox is really for chronic pain in my arm & face but it does help the migraines. My arm & face feel pretty good already so that's something.

Hope it goes for the bank holiday. Have already had to cancel 2 social engagements this week.

Just an update - everything has settled down now. My eyebrows don't want to move much so that's a sign the botox has kicked in.

I have lots of energy again, but still have half of last week's ironing to catch up on (boo). It's amazing how different life is when they go away.
