Wisdom teeth removal.

I'm a person with headache and it is due to sinusitis. I got this problem since my high school. Now the pain is at its extreme. Last day I went to the doctor and he said that the pain is increased due to the arrival of wisdom teeth. Then I have consulted a dental doctor in Burlington ( pearldentalburlington.com/s... ). He told me that it has to be removed immediately. But my family doctor said that it might affect my sinus gland. Has anybody knows about it? Do my wisdom teeth have to be removed?

Shall I proceed wilth the removal of wisdom teeth?
