Hi. Mel here I have had myasthenia gravis for several years now and I come under the most vulnerable people so I have to stay in even though I'm a key worker. Can anyone help me I just want to know if I will be paid. Can anyone help me with this.

Hi Mel, i have MG generalised i got diagnosed last year but ive had this for most of my life , im a key worker a bus driver got my official letter telling me so as i wasnt sure , i take 7 mg pred aday and 5 doses of mestinon , gabapentin baclofen and many more but i havent been sent a letter from my gp saying stay at home even though ive mild asthma an get free flu jab , i have very bad lungs ive had so much pneumonia and double pneumonia bronchitis every year an pericardia also but if im well which i am now i go to work. At my company if i get ill i get paid company sick pay if i say im looking after a loved one i get ssp £94 a week other than that if i isolate i get £94 i believe so i hope that helps ? Stay safe x
Sorry I'm late to the discussion ahve you had to isolate and whats happened to your pay?
