Hi.i,ve been on 45mg of Mirtazapine for a couple of years.Is there an optimal time at night to take the dose?

I would say whatever time suits an individual everyone is different, would be no specific time

what time do you take your medication ?

I usually take about half a tablet about 8pm and again just before bed,but it was really for helping a sleeping pattern which is often problematic.

I would say take the whole tablet half hour before bed
