Homemade saline bath on a bowl/tea mug > wipe the slough with a clean non-woven gauze pads.
'Prontosan' is good, but quite pricey. Medical grade honey ointment like 'L-mesitran'/'Medihoney' etc., IMO. One 15-25 g tube of medical honey ointment lasts one month even you apply it on to whole incision line.
