Hello guys my question is is it possible to get leukemia via sex?

You cannot catch leukaemia (it is nit viral or bacterial) but an infection may give you high lymphocytes. Do you have any symptoms?

No, it is not possible you to get leukemia via intercourse. Leukaemia is not not a virus or bacteria. It is cancer. I hope her leukemia is under control and treatable.
