Any guys who done ZSR. need some advice

Hi guys, any ZSR circumcised guy here? Need advice. I'm on 6th day of healing, i have few questions.

Most circumcision are zsr these days and many questions are already answered in this forum. You can shoot your questions too. Many things like swelling, pain during erections, mild spot bleeding when silicon ring falls off, hyper sensitive glans will all resolve, but will take time. Have some patience. Get well soon.

It's just that, how have you all cleaned the ring area. I am just pulling my skin a little bit back(it's painful) and Dipping it in lukewarm salt water and massaging a bit. I just want to know if I'm doing it right. I don't want to touch the ring area as it's paining.

You are doing it right. For upto 10 days I just let warm shower flow through by retracting skin. After shower I used cotton soaked in saline water and gave gentle swipes over the ring. It will be little painful when you retract skin to get visibility of ring. I then applied doc prescribed ointment (neosporin) over the incision. On 9th day when i swiped clea, half of silicon ring peeled out but i didnt pull it. Waited next day to swipe the remaining ring off. For some it may take over 2 weeks, so you should let it peel off with gentle swipe than pulling it which can cause painful bleeding and longer healing time. Once ring has peeled off, there may be minor spot bleeding for couple of days but thats normal. Ointment will heal it within few days.

Hi brother, I hope you are doing good now!What dressing precautions did you take for first two days and how was the experience of first few days were you able to walk and sit properly?

Hi bro, so i was operated in evening around 4 pm. Dr advised me to remove the dressing next day. I didn't do any dressing afterwards. I just did lukewarm watee + salt soaking and cleaned the wound carefully twice a day which helped with swelling. Are you having any issues right now.

Hi bro, thanks for the reply, how much time before you went for surgery and how are you now?Did you face any difficulty in walking and sitting bike riding after surgery?

I am having my operation tomorrow at 9 am!

January 27 i had mine. After surgery i stayed for a hour at hospital and then i drove back to home which is 25kms away on bike. I didn't face any difficulty! Everything is fine now.
