In the UK on the NHS it is free.
There is no fixed cost. Each doctor, hospital and clinic is free to charge whatever they wish - especially in the expensive medical market of the USA.
It is normally much less costly to have your circumcision done under local anaesthetic by highly experienced doctors in a specialist circumcision clinic than by a general urologist in a hospital where you are given a general anaesthetic and have to stay the night afterwards.
Mines is in a clinic and they say i will leave the same day
I was in by 1:00 and home by 4:00. The actual procedure took a little over an hour. The rest of them time was for the preparation!
I was circumcised in the US by a urologist. The cost of the circumcision was a little over $4,000. However, my medical insurance covered most of it. I had to pay about $250!
Specialist clinics only use local anaesthetic, so you are free to go almost immediately after the procedure is over. This will give the lowest cost.
You should ask the clinic, in advance of booking, what they charge for a circumcision.
They told me $418 but that just don’t sound right to me
Are you using your insurance? If so, the insurance may be covering most of the cost!
No i spoke with billing i never told them I’m using insurance i told them I’m paying out of pocket and they said it’s $418
$418 sounds like awfully low amount. If you google what a circumcision procedure cost in the US, it will tell you a much higher amount than $418.

That sounds very low for a USA clinic. The cost with one of the best London clinics is £550 ($715), so I'd expect around $900.
I paid about $1200 here in Australia. Semi private clinic.

I paid a surgery cost of ₹11000 ($148) and approx ₹2000 ($27) for Medicines here in India and that too in one of the very renowned hospitals in my city.
I recently had it done privately in the UK and the cost including initial consultation was approximately £2200.
Here in Finland cost in private clinics is around 650-700 euro. If you have a medical need for circumcision you have to pay around 120 euro on public healthcare, but need to wait like three months.
