Hi my penis is sore and stings. Its cut in the foreskin and i can barely pull it back very far. There is also smegma there and the white stuff is sudocream

Definitely seeing a doctor is the number 1 priority. But here are some suggestions below:

If you want it treated right away, you could get a dorsal slit to solve the problem. No foreskin will be removed, the doctor would literally make a cut centrally at the upper part of penis namely centrally on the dorsal side. There are different styles of this.

You could also do stretching, but you will need a steroid cream prescribed by a doctor and over time foreskin opening will be big enough

You could also get something called phimo-cure. You can buy this on online websites, just look it up. You place different size circular fixtures at foreskin opening until the foreskin opening is big enough to retract foreskin. You have to keep increasing the size of the fixture, so that the foreskin opening gets big enough.

You could go for a circumcision to solve the problem right away and without having to do another procedure.

I gave him a detailed list of suggestions, but I do agree that going to a doctor would be helpful.

Hi Man, sorry it looks very sore you seem to have a bad case of balanitis with phimosis. You need to visit your doctor They will Diagnose And give you the proper medication And if needed they will refer you to a Urologist.
