facial / hand twitching

Hi. Yes, and am quite restless with my legs in bed

My eye and mouth twitch quiet a lot , it’s kinda like when you you tired . And also my right thumb twitches only happens like once a day with my thumb, I have very restless legs in bed also , I struggle sleeping
