Hi all, left hospital yesterday with instructions to rest and drink plenty of water. Am also on antivirals. Do any of you recommend any natural or herbal remedies that aid healing and relaxation? All suggestions welcome.

I have had good luck with vitamin c, lysine, garlic, zinc, magnesium and probiotics. I wish you the best in your recovery!!!

Antiviral meds made me extremely sick so I stopped taking them.

I had craniosacral massage today - didnt need to take panadol as headache eased. I am taking probiotics. Multi vit, vit c, tissue salts comb 12, olive leaf extract and homeopathic remedies.
