Hello everyone! I'm a little over a year post VM. Thank goodness I don't work any more. I have insomnia and I'm so tired during the day. I was brought unconscious to the ER and put on life support for 2 days and in a medically induced coma for 2 weeks and in the hospital for a month and a half. Ended up in the hospital twice for "altered state", total confusion, and still struggle with memory problems. I do brain exercises through luminosity.com.

I struggle with insomnia but have been listening to mindfulness on YouTube and it’s helped a lot.
Yes i inderstand that. I simply loose myself in audio books to help the tinitus and headache . I find I get overwhelmed with negative thoughts if I don't take myself away from lying in the dark in pain. It works well for me.
Wow!!! Thank you for sharing your story. You are so blessed. Even though you are having serious side effects to the VM you are quite a survivor. Hang in there!! There is light at the end of the tunnel. Take care.
