I think there's a lot of truth to this. I had BM, sepsis, & DIC 42 years ago. My medical records state that I "coded out" (died) twice in the ER. Though strong, my constant headache was insignificant compared to my EXTREME legs pain. A specialist said "There's a 50-50 chance you'll have to have your legs amputated" and that he would try to save my knees. For weeks after his statement, I constantly thought to myself: Why didn't I dance? Why did I EVER sit down? Now it's important to note that I had never taken a dance lesson and never really had any interest in taking one. It was the middle 70s and my obsession was becoming the first female executive in my Fortune 100 company. I was 33 yrs old. I stayed with that obsession, returned to that company and never mentioned ANYTHING about any of my after effects. Never! My headaches & nerve pain were just short of debilitating but my obsession with advancement overtook the pain. Each year the nerve pain lessoned a little. After retirement, remembering that "why didn't I dance?" strong reaction to possible amputation, I enrolled in a "senior dance class." That class turned into 5 dance classes/week and my dance group even performed on America's Got Talent. Once again, obsession overtook after effects' pain!

If you are ever talking about back pain relief, i would suggest this link that you can copy and paste into your search bar. It's cheap and it has helped me so much that I can go back to the gym in 2 weeks!
