Head go numb, chest gets tight with stimuli

Does anyone else's head go numb post VM for example while using cell phone

I get pain around the base of my skull/suboccipital. Also with computer use. I feel I am now sensitive to electromagnetic (EMF) fields, so I turn off my wifi and cellular data most of the time, especially if I have to make a call. I have read that a flip phone emits less EMF. But mostly I try to avoid phone calls longer than a few minutes because otherwise my tinnitus will go up for hours after that.
