Having TBM from 2014, had surgery and now can sit on bed but I am not able to walk or stand due to balance of hip. Please suggest what to do

Pls. Suggest any physiotherapy for walking and balancing issue while standing.

I had tbm in 2015 and i did had the same problems.I couldn't be able to walk till now.But with calipers and walker i am able to walk.Pls ask the doctor to suggest you a rehabilitation centre
