Sarcoidosis or Non-Hodgkin

Does anybody has nearly the same symptoms as I do. I have had a PET-scan and my lymfs in the chest lightened up. My neurologist (I had chronic meningitis) send me now to a Longspecialist for further treatment. But I have nearly the same symptoms for Sarcoidosis or Non-Hodgkin. Can Sarcoidosis change into Non-Hodgkin? I lost more than 10% of my bodyweight, I am always tired, I have chronic meningitis and constant feeling of an aching body.
