Possible meningitis

I woke up this morning and vomited I have high temp and severe headache. It hurts to walk and hurts to move neck both due to muscle cramps. I also have stomach pains but could be due to oncoming period. I hope this isn't vm but I am starting to get worried. Thanks

We are not medically trained on here and also it is impossible to know what illness your symptoms are from.  You need to seek medical advice asap.

As StrawberryCream says don't wait to get medical help, if in any doubt go to A/E or the ER, although VM is often thought of as the 'less serious' version of meningitis it is still meningitis and it can be very serious as I know from personal experience.
