Hi Rusty, you need to declare your tumour to the dvla. If you have no symptoms you will still be able to drive, but it's important to declare it ASAP or run the risk of losing your licence. The symptoms that might restrict driving are seizures - you need to surrender your licence and not drive for a year from your last seizure, and sight problems where it varies depending on the problem.

I believe you only need to tell the DVLA that you have a meningioma if it affects your driving or if you have had surgery for the condition.

If anyone lives in USA, you need to check with your individual state’s requirements. I live in NH and because I have no restrictions with my provider, I have no restrictions driving.

No restrictions unless you are actively having symptoms like seizures.
