Pain in my mid ack all the way to the lower.

Hi all hope you all are well.I am really in pain and not sure how to deal with. I can't sleep or even turn in the bed. I feel like I am going lose feeling in my lower part my body. I get no support or help. Has anyone experience this sort of pain if so what have you dont to help it.

I feel very low and joints hurt me too.
