Difficult disabled sibling activity / holiday reccomendations

Hi i have a brother with special needs who is in his 30s. He has similar interests to my small children who are all under 5. I would like to go on holiday with everyone but obviously there are challenges with this. Does anyone recommend a hotel / resort / place to go that would be suitable for young kids and amenable to an older disabled man?
