I’m wondering if access to work could help you it’s a government free service check it out. Try MIND your local district council and the Jo centre have a disibility worker they maybe able to help you as well. A few ideas there’s also workability it’s charity funded I believe good luck I do hope you find something that helps you.
So sorry to hear that you are feeling so low. Are you able to refer yourself to ITalk? Please consider going back to your doctor for help. GP may be able to refer you for counselling, tell you about support services locally or consider whether medication might help you through this difficult time. If you work for a large organisation, they might have a welfare officer. Wishing you the very best of luck.
Hi Faye, it is years waiting, even if you can afford Private. Sadly! Maybe join Autism Support Groups, on Chat. Mencap, LDT, MIND, NAS. Are all online, search & ask questions. Maybe your Gp can give you something for your symptoms. Propranolol tablets are a good start for Anxiety & you can stay on them for years. If natural is more appealing, Bach remedies in Chemist & Large Shops eg Tesco, ASDA. Heated EMDR therapy is good or possibly DBT
Hello, since you are having aches and pains and brain fog it may be that you are physically unwell. Sometimes after a viral infection people feel unwell with symptoms like yours. A lot of people who have long Covid describe symptoms like yours including anxiety. Many people have felt unwell after the vaccine too. It might be a good idea to see your GP. There are doctors who specialise in helping people with post viral problems if that is what your GP thinks you have. There are also useful websites run by doctors that give information on things one can do to help. Dr Tina Peers website is. drtinapeers.com
