I am someone who's 19 and unemployed as i was close to being fired in some (even minimum wage) jobs. This is mainly due to my undiagnosed learning disabilities, and ADHD, and possible Autism (although I would be considered "high-functioning".
Are there any ways, instead of getting diagnosed, and getting treatment and asking for adjustments (as that will take a very long time, and will cost alot of money), to keep a job and being good enough in it, anything i can do on my own accord, for now?
As I am in need of money and also becoming more of an independent adult, as I'm 19 already, and am planning to go to university this year, and I don't want to give that up

It might be helpful to see if there is a supported employment service locally. Supported Employment is designed to help disabled people find the right job for them and then supporting both the individual and their employer - helping both to agree and make adjustments. Many services do not require a formal diagnosis
