why does sons DRs forward a, Probable Diagnosis when a, formalised one is on record? Is it because a) information on registered GP is incorrect and house number has been changed on the formalised version as, probable clearly states, when diagnosis is formalised parent will be enrolled on xxx.

b) mum wasn’t Cc in getting one, SARS has revealed.( basically they’d taken the right of me as a parent from information of what I was dealing with).

Also, there hasn’t been an updated Education psych assessment done for 9 years yet, LA and his Drs are stating Learning Difficulties and Disabilities yet cannot list what they are. I have asked LD nurse what they are,? After 11 years of diagnosis and not been seen in between regarding this, apparently now, I have been told, I need to educate myself with his behaviours!

He doesn’t take and talk to strangers/ new people yet, they are the experts and he needs a PA?

His EHCP was copied and pasted from primary and not even age appropriate, LA ignored and carried on, young person is now 21 and plan has ceased. Financially I’ve sorted that.
