Note that for a nurse, carer, support worker, physician to efficiently work depends on your Assessment knowledge.

Some patients may not be able to give you all their complains or symptoms. Your level of knowledge in Head to Toe assessment may help you to identify hidden problems. Which are vital to help your diagnosis and treatment or management.

Objective data collection is very important, so I urge everyone working on humans/patients to increase their level of Assessment.
