The Special Olympics Great Britain and Mencap Virtual Challenge Week is back for 2022!
Last year we saw an incredible 128 teams take part, with a mix of sports clubs, groups and individuals taking on the challenges to prove how sporty they were.
Sign ups for the 2022 Virtual Challenge Week are open right now, and the first 100 organisations to sign up before January 14 will receive a fantastic sports equipment goody bag.
But if you're taking part as an individual, res assured that our accessible challenges can all be completed with things that you will be able to find at home.
